Trade Show & Booth Details

The trade show will be located in Great Hall A-D of the Three Rivers Convention Center. Daily breaks are scheduled in the exhibit hall to encourage attendee traffic and interactions. The exhibit hall will also be open in between break times. Please be sure to have your booth staffed during the designated times listed below.

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

  • 8' high green background drape
  • 3' high green side drape
  • One (1) 8' green skirted table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) wastebasket
  • One (1) ID sign

The hall is carpeted. You may choose booth flooring to complement your booth space. See the Exhibitor Services section for information on ordering fixtures and furnishings.

Exhibitor Profile

Shortly after registering for your exhibit booth or sponsorship, you will receive an email from our exhibitor management platform, MapDynamics, with instructions to access the exhibitor portal. If you have not received your access link, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

Once you receive your MapDynamics access link, log in to complete your company profile by adding your logo, a company description, contact information, social links, onsite representative details, products, services, and more. Your profile will be visible to attendees so we encourage you to fill out all of the tabs and utilize the various profile features. We may also use the information in your exhibitor profile to promote your participation at the conference so please be sure it is complete and accurate.

Administrative Contact: The individual and email address listed in your Administrative tab will be who we use as the key point of contact to relay all important conference information to.


Registering Representatives

Representative badges give you access to all education, refreshments, lunch, Awards banquet, and social access for the duration of the event.

The deadline to register your representatives is May 7, 2025. After this date you will be required to register onsite as a full conference attendee.

To redeem the complimentary registrations included in your partnership package:

  1. Login to the WRPA website to access the WRPA 2025 Conference Registration Form
  2. Select “Sponsor or Exhibitor Rep” as your registration type and then “Complimentary Registration Redemption” as shown below.

      3. Proceed through the form using the “Next” button until you reach the Summary page.
      4. Enter the discount code provided to you and select “Apply” before submitting the form to remove the cost of registration.

Additional representatives can be purchased while completing the registration form for $199 each. To purchase, follow the steps above but select the "Additional Representative” option for Booth Representative.  You do not need a code to purchase additional representatives.


Lead Retrieval

With the purchase of lead retrieval, you can scan attendees' badges with your smartphone or tablet and access real-time reports.

Lead retrieval can be purchased in MapDynamics for $350 and includes two licenses to the lead retrieval portal. Additional licenses can be purchased for $175 each.

The license(s) for your lead retrieval is connected to the Bravura conference app. You will be receiving an email approximately one week out from the event with instructions on how to login, assign your licenses, and use the lead retrieval platform.

The deadline to order lead retrieval is April 30, 2025. Lead retrieval will not be available for purchase onsite at the event.

Furnishings, Shipping, & Material Handling

Fern is the contracted exhibitor services provider for this event. Exhibitors will receive an email invitation from Fern to access the exhibitor services kit with information on ordering fixtures and material handling.

Login to the Fern Exhibitor Services Portal to order furnishings for your booth, view material handling rates, and print shipping labels.

Electrical & AV

Electrical hookups, dedicated internet connections, and AV services may be ordered by completing the form linked below and submitting it via email to [email protected].


Exhibitor Engagement Programs

The planning committee is hard at work developing creative and fun ways to drive engagement in the exhibit hall. More details coming soon!


WRPA Attendee List

As a sponsor or exhibitor at the WRPA Conference, you will receive access to the attendee list. The pre-event attendee list will be sent two weeks prior to the conference and the post-event list will be sent within one week following the conference.

WRPA does not sell the attendee list for any of our events. As a participating sponsor or exhibitor at the WRPA Conference, you will receive the attendee list as a part of your sponsorship package at no additional cost.

We have been made aware of outside parties falsely advertising the sale of the WRPA Conference attendee list. These emails and solicitations are spam. If you receive an email from anyone outside of the WRPA office claiming to have access to the attendee list, please do not respond and forward the email to [email protected]


Benefit Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy

We want to start delivering on your partnership benefits right away! In order to do so, WRPA must receive full payment. If you selected the invoice option when registering for your partnership, WRPA will begin to recognize your company as a sponsor or exhibitor and fulfill agreed-upon benefits once full payment is received.
