Registration Information:

Thank you to those that joined us for the 2025 WRPA Conference & Tradeshow taking place in Kennewick, WA from May 13-16, 2025.

Registration will provide you with access to our extensive and interactive exhibit hall; all available educational sessions; meals and snacks; as well as networking socials; and local facility tours.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that all cancellations must be submitted via email WRPA at [email protected]. Cancellations submitted on or before Monday, April 07, 2025 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, April 07, 2025. Registrants who cancel after Monday, April 07, 2025 will be responsible for payment regardless of attendance. Substitute attendees will be permitted, and requests for substitutions must be submitted via email. After an invoice is past due, a late fee of $20 will be assessed. (If at any time our event format changes from an in-person event, registration fees and cancellation policy will be assessed.)
