PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

Welcoming players of all skill levels! Join us for an exciting pickleball experience hosted in partnership with the City of Kennewick and local pickleball enthusiasts from Club 509. Located just one mile from the Three Rivers Convention Center, Lawrence Scott Park features a brand-new 15-court pickleball complex—the largest in the state of Washington—designed to bring recreation and community together in a big way.

New to the game? Start with a hands-on clinic that covers the basics, including rules and gameplay, before diving into the fun. For experienced players, bring your competitive edge and paddle (or borrow one of ours!) as we ramp up the action with a mix of play. You might even find yourself learning tips from the pros—or testing your skills against one!

In addition to the action on the courts, participants will also hear about how this facility came to be, its cost, and the exciting plans for its future role in the community. Whether you're here to try pickleball for the first time or showcase your expertise, Paddles Up! Is the perfect way to kick off your conference with some activity!

Event Time Time (times are approximate and will be confirmed closer to the event):

• 1:45-2:00 PM – Check in at Lawrence Scott Park Pickleball Complex: 6020 W Quinault Ave, Kennewick, WA 99336
• 2:00 PM – New Player Clinic / Open Play & Warmup
• 2:45 PM – Tournament & Team Organization (separate courts reserved for players not interested in competing)
• 3:00 PM – Tournament and/or Challenge Court play begins
• 5:00 PM – Tournament and/or Challenge Court play concludes

Cost: $25 / person
*Fee will cover bottled water, light snacks, facilitation expenses, and player participation memorabilia.
