Registration Information:
2023 WRPA Conference & Tradeshow registration will provide you with access to our extensive and interactive exhibit hall; all available educational sessions; meals and snacks; as well as networking socials; and local facility tours.

Thank you for Attending the WRPA Annual Conference
Cancellation Policy: I understand that all cancellations must be submitted via email WRPA at [email protected]. Cancellations submitted on or before Friday, April 28, 2023 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, April 28, 2023. Registrants who cancel after Friday, April 28, 2023 will be responsible for payment regardless of attendance. Substitute attendees will be permitted, and requests for substitutions must be submitted via email. After an invoice is past due, a late fee of $20 will be assessed. (If at any time our event format changes from an in-person event, registration fees and cancellation policy will be assessed.)
In-Person Event Policies: At this time, WRPA's 2023 Conference is planning to be an in-person event. We want you to know that your safety, and the safety of all attendees, remains our top priority. While the 2023 Conference & will not be canceled, it may become necessary at some point for the format to change (online/virtual). We appreciate your understanding and willingness to be flexible while we work within the limitations set by our obligations and the current pandemic.
