Karin Peabody My passion is serving communities of workers and helping them become strong Teams. In my workshops I seek to increase effective communication, cultivate a culture that assumes positive intent, and equip teams with real-life best practices. As I have done quite a bit of work with Public Servants, I am able to speak to the emotional cost of working with the public, as well as the rich rewards of positively affecting someone's future. It's been my privilege to serve organizations such as WA State Librarians, Kitsap County, City of Tacoma, Pierce County, Tacoma and Federal Way Schools, and Young Life.
