Presented By Joe Albert

Daniel Goleman popularized the notion of emotional intelligence (EQ) in 1990. Since then EQ has become a focus of training and teaching for people in any profession. This session will introduce EQ, its primary dimensions, signs of EQ health or deficiency, and finally approaches for improving our own EQ level.

  • Understand how EQ impacts behavior, communication and relationships at work and outside of work.
