Good communication is incredibly challenging.  In this workshop, we will identify some key factors that contribute to tension in the workplace.  We will assess your conflict style, choose how we want to respond (rather than reacting), and practice new tools for effective communication. This workshop has great potential to positively impact both your professional and personal life.

  • Understand 3 key Assumptions that perpetuate difficult communication.
  • Identify 5 ways to get out of a defensive communication cycle.
  • Practice clear communication practices when the emotional temperature is low.
