Keynote Speaker Announcement
Meet G Cody QJ Goldberg
Father of two, Cody proudly serves as the executive director of Harper’s Playground. A graduate of New York University with a BFA in film and television studies, he co-founded the organization in 2010 along with his wife, April. Together they spearheaded the design, funding, and construction of the first Harper’s Playground in Portland, Oregon. A big fan of the inclusion of all kinds, Cody is committed to creating opportunities for both of his daughters to build friendships and community for themselves. He believes that the power of a well-designed and realized inclusive play space can truly transform a community for the better.
Meet Brad Evans
An All-American in 2006, Brad Evans set the career goal-scoring record at the University of California Irvine with 31 goals. Brad joined Seattle Sounders F.C. for the 2009 inaugural season, scored the 2nd goal in franchise history, and played in 249 matches for the club. Brad earned 27 caps (appearances) as a member of the U.S. National Team. Retiring in 2018, Brad won two MLS Cups, two Supporter Shields, and four U.S. Open Cups. Brad is now Brand Ambassador for Seattle Sounders F.C., he appears on television game broadcasts, hosts a podcast, and has launched CONTRIB, a fundraising platform that empowers influencers to engage with fans, raise money for charities, and make a direct and meaningful impact in their communities.
