Registration Information:

We are excited to welcome WRPA members and supporters back in person to celebrate our professions, engage with peers, and continue learning. 2022 WRPA Conference registration will provide you with access to our extensive and interactive exhibit hall; all available educational sessions; meals and snacks; as well as networking socials; and local facility tours.

The WRPA Annual Conference qualifies for reimbursement under WCIA’s Training Reimbursement Program and is eligible for reimbursement upon program completion. Program can be applied under the entity’s annual 1% training reimbursement allotment. Requestors must confer with their entity’s assigned WCIA Delegate and/or Alternate for reimbursement authorization. Requests must be submitted through the WCIA Origami Member Portal by the designated Origami user. For questions about reimbursement or to determine your WCIA Delegate, Alternate or Origami user, contact WCIA Member Services at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted via email WRPA at [email protected]. Cancellations submitted on or before Friday, March 25, 2022 will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, March 25, 2022. Registrants who cancel after Friday, March 25 2022 will be responsible for payment regardless of attendance. Substitute attendees will be permitted, and requests for substitutions must be submitted via email. After an invoice is past due, a late fee of $20 will be assessed. (If at any time our event format changes from an in-person event, registration fees and cancellation policy will be assessed.)

In-Person Event Policies: At this time, WRPA's 2022 Conference & Tradeshow is planning to be an in-person event. We want you to know that your safety, and the safety of all attendees, remains our top priority. While the 2022 Conference & Tradeshow will not be canceled, it may become necessary at some point for the format to change (online/virtual). We appreciate your understanding and willingness to be flexible while we work within the limitations set by our obligations and the current pandemic.
