Capital Event Center

Mark your calendars for the WRPA Fall Training. We are excited to welcome you to the Capital Event Center in Tumwater, WA. Each year, WRPA hosts a Fall Training event to deep dive into topics relevant to the profession.

This year's event will be held at the Capital Event Center, 6005 Tyee Dr SW, Tumwater, WA 98512.

Registration Information

*Students must be current full-time students. If you are a non-member student, please email the office to receive the $45 registration rate.

WCIA members can request reimbursement for registration fees through their organization’s 2026 Training Reimbursement Allotment funds. Please consult your WCIA Delegate or Alternate for guidance. Reimbursement requests must be submitted in Origami by the organization’s designated Origami user before 5 PM on Friday, November 6, 2026. Register Today

The last day to register is Wednesday, October 28.

Washington Counties Risk Pool (WCRP) members are eligible for one (1) free registration per county to attend the WRPA event. Those wishing to take advantage of the scholarship offer are asked to contact your county risk manager to request the registration discount code before you register. The offer cannot be combined with multiple registration fees, and travel/meal costs associated with this training will be the county's responsibility. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted via email to WRPA. Cancellations submitted on or before Wednesday, October 21, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Substitute attendees will be permitted, and requests for substitutions must be submitted via email.
