Breakout: Maintaining Positive Culture in a Virtual Environment

October 15, 2020 | 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM

Kasia Robbins

Session Description:
Workplace culture is important all the time and now, more than ever the workplace culture is playing a crucial role. Many supervisors are looking for ways to stay connected and to continue growth within their team – virtually. This session focuses on full-time staff working from home or part-time in the office to seasonal staff that may not have been able to work this season. The workplace does not need a physical location to build relationships, teamwork, or to be productive. It can be done virtually!

  • Understanding of workplace culture - and why it's important to maintain it now more than ever.
  • How to connect and continue team growth virtually for both seasonal and full-time staff.
