2017 Annual Conference Exhibitor Information

We can't wait to see you in Spokane! We wanted to share a few final details below about exhibitor arrival and set-up:

Venue: Davenport Grand Hotel
Exhibit Hall: Grand Ballroom
Booth Layout: See attached

  • Credentials: When you arrive, please head directly into the ballroom to your booth. We will give have your name badge, program materials and exhibitor information in a packet at your booth.
  • Conference attendee roster: Attached is the conference attendee list.  Please note that you are allowed to only use this list up to 2 times – once prior to the conference and once afterwards.  A final electronic attendee list will be sent to you following the conference.
  • Don’t forget to utilize the conference mobile app!  If you haven’t signed in to connect with attendees, please do so before the conference! Just search for “2017 WRPA Conference” in the mobile app store.


  • Set-up:
    • Tuesday, May 2nd 1:00PM – 6:00PM
  • The Show:
    • Wednesday, May 3rd 9:00AM – 3:30PM
    • Thursday, May 4th 9:00AM – 1:45PM
    • Breakdown: Thursday, May 4th 1:00PM – 3:00PM EXHIBITORS MUST BE OUT BY 3PM
      The room is being turned into the awards banquet beginning at 5pm.
  • Meals:
    • Lunch is served Wednesday and Thursday afternoon in the exhibitor hall
    • 3 30 minute beverage breaks are scheduled at varying times each day in the Exhibit Hall.
    • Evening Socials: Each evening, there is a fantastic social to celebrate the recreation & parks profession. Please consider joining us! Information can be found here.

Passport Program – DONATE A DOOR PRIZE

Back by popular demand! In order to maximize your investment and increase your exposure, we are dedicated to bringing our attendees to YOU. The Passport Program creates incentive for conference attendees to visit YOUR booth.

This will encourage one-on-one conversations and connections, as well as giveaways that you can sponsor by providing a prize.  By donating a prize, you will receive additional recognition from the podium during the drawing. Please let us know if you are interested in donating a prize!


We are very committed to the overall conference experience and that includes the exhibitor floor. To that end, we have named the floor, "The Hangout" this year and have a flurry of fun prizes and events happening throughout Wednesday and Thursday. Check out the flier to learn more.
