Exhibitor Schedule 

Exhibitor Profile

Shortly after registering for your exhibit booth or sponsorship, you will receive an email from our exhibitor management platform, MapDynamics, with instructions to access the exhibitor portal. Once you receive your MapDynamics access link, please log in to the exhibitor portal to complete your company profile and register your booth representatives. From here you can also view and pay open balances, purchase additional booth representatives, and add-on sponsorship opportunities.

Registering Representatives

To redeem your complimentary conference registrations included with your partnership package, complete the registration form linked below and enter the provided code at checkout. If you have not received the discount code, please email [email protected].

Additionally, you will also want to add your company representatives to the "In The Booth" tab of your MapDyanmics Exhibitor Profile.

Exhibitor Engagement Programs

Exhibitor Passport

• Attendees will receive an exhibitor passport booklet at check-in.
• Each booth will be assigned a unique stamp and given two of these to mark attendees' passports when they visit your booth.
• Once attendees have filled their passport, they will drop it in the passport collection bin next to the prize display table to be entered into the prize drawing.
• The prize drawing will be on Thursday at 12:30 pm – must be present to win. The prize is a $50 Amazon gift card and Yeti Tumbler.

Booth Games

• Each exhibit booth has been assigned a fun game for attendees to play and win tickets.
• You will receive your game, a roll of tickets, and directions for the game on Tuesday during move-in.
• Attendees will write their first and last name on the tickets they win and take them to the prize display table to enter the prize drawing for their choice of prize basket(s).
• The prize drawing will be on Wednesday and Thursday at 12:30 pm – must be present to win. Attendees can win on Wednesday and Thursday. Prizes are assorted gift baskets.

Social Media Challenge

• We have created a list of “selfies” that attendees can tag #WRPA2024 in on social media to earn entry into the drawing.
• Photos can also be uploaded to the conference app social wall.
• The more entries, the more chances to win!
• The winner will be announced on Thursday at 12:30 pm – must be present to win. The prize will be a $50 Amazon gift card.

WRPA Attendee List

As a sponsor or exhibitor at the WRPA Conference, you will receive access to the attendee list. The pre-event attendee list will be sent two weeks prior to the conference and the post-event list will be sent within one week following the conference.

WRPA does not sell the attendee list for any of our events. As a participating sponsor or exhibitor at the WRPA Conference, you will receive the attendee list as a part of your sponsorship package at no additional cost.

We have been made aware of outside parties falsely advertising the sale of the WRPA Conference attendee list. These emails and solicitations are spam. If you receive an email from anyone outside of the WRPA office claiming to have access to the attendee list, please do not respond and forward the email to [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Full refunds less a $75 processing fee will be granted for any cancellations made 30 days prior to the event you are sponsoring or exhibiting for. Annual sponsorship can be canceled up to 90 days after sponsorship selections were placed minus a $150 processing fee.
