Incident Management: Are You REady to Make or Get a Call from the Field?Monday, February 3 | 3:05 PM - 4:20 PM Session Description:Many programs have a strong foundation of training for field staff, but have put less emphasis on the next step in incident management – what to do when you need to make the call from the field or what to say and do when you get the call. In this session we will discuss ways to prepare field staff to go beyond the basics in their incident response and provide examples for administrators when the phone rings. After this session participants will be able to understand incident management practices for critical incidents in the field, develop field based incident management protocols, and develop resources for administrators to better support field staff in the case of an incident.
