Membership Committee

The focus of the Membership Committee is to recruit professionals as members and inspire WRPA members to actively participate in the association, as well as to help ensure member satisfaction. The focus of the committee is to 1) identify strategies to improve membership recruitment and retention and 2) examine rates and packages for Agency and Professional memberships; support the work of others and work collaboratively with the Communications Committee on member engagement including:
  • network identification for members
  • connect professionals with similar areas of interest that may not be identified through established networks
  • review the results of membership surveys and implement improvements based on feedback
  • ensure a succession plan is in place for the committee
  • personal outreach to renewal / new members each month based on the monthly membership reports

Commitment: 2-4 hours per month
