Lake Padden Park

Bellingham’s Lake Padden Park is a favorite spot for locals to get out on the water for a peaceful paddle. Home to many regional events throughout the year including the Padden Triathlonthis 1,000+ acre park also includes nearly 8 miles of walking/hiking trails, picnic shelters, an 18-hole golf course, dog off-leash area and connects to an additional 65 miles of trails on Galbraith Mountain.

How Do You Recreate?

Pickleball Camp

The photo above shows some of the campers and camp volunteers from the City of Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation’s first ever youth Pickleball camp, taking place on the brand new Pickleball courts in Jennings Memorial Park. New to the 2022 summer season after the courts opened, we added in a youth Pickleball camp to our Ultimate Sports Camp series and the participants had a great time. The instructor and volunteers dedicate a lot of their time to helping youth learn the sport and further connecting generations within our community. We love to see it all!
