This discussion will include a review of risk exposures when maintaining and operating vehicles for park maintenance and recreation programs by addressing policies and procedures, inspection and maintenance, driver requirements, use of equipment and more! Presenters will help participants implement sound risk management practices.

Drew is a Senior Risk Representative at WCIA and has been with the risk pool for six years. He has 10 years of experience as a claim adjuster, handling both private and all types of municipal claims. Drew is now using his experience from claims to help risk pool members reduce their risk exposures.

Carene Brown is a Senior Risk Management Representative with Washington Cities Insurance Authority. Prior to joining WCIA Carlene was a Claims Adjuster in the private sector for 11 years handling a variety of complex bodily injury claims. Carlene has over 20 years of experience in the field of Insurance and Risk Management and enjoys helping WCIA Member cities with risk management advice.
