Encampments and transient-related issues can be challenging to navigate. The session will focus on best practices for cleaning up encampments while also coving basic demographics currently being seen, available resources, and the approach the City of Bellingham is taking. State laws and city ordinances that you should be aware of are covered, as is information about when to report it and when to remove it.
