Join us for two days of networking, quality education, and professional development. This program is specifically designed for parks and recreation administrators, managers and supervisors. The curriculum also is appropriate for public works professionals, attorneys, school district personnel and risk managers, as well as port districts, public utility districts, YMCA and other non-profit organizations and related fields.
Attendees of RMS can expect to gain practical risk management skills, a deeper understanding of current trends and best practices, opportunities to network with others in the industry, share field and administrative techniques, and help develop risk management standards for agencies and organizations. RMS is presented every two years by the Washington Recreation & Park Association, the RMS Steering Committee, and affiliated partners. Learn more about this year's courses by reviewing the RMS Schedule.
