Social Media Outreach and Engagement: Creative Ideas for Soliciting Community FeedbackThursday, April 23 | 2:30pm - 3:45pm Session Description: This session will help you learn about creative social media strategies to engage with community members. In 2019, Seattle Parks and Recreation launched a comprehensive community engagement campaign around our strategic planning efforts. Through the campaign’s digital outreach strategies alone, we reached over 5,000 community members in a 4-month span. Learn how we provided visually engaging, compelling, simple and low-barrier ways for community members to provide feedback and to help us think big about the future of parks and recreation. Learning Objectives:
