Mock Interviews/Resume Review

Session Description: Want to improve your interview skills? Does your resume have the right information on it? This session is geared to students or part time staff in the industry who are looking to move up or start their careers. Mid to upper level management staff will conduct mock job interviews and review resumes of students and entry level professionals to provide feedback on areas of improvement. There is not need to pre-register. Bring multiple copies of your resume and be ready to answer questions in an interview style scenario.
Learning Objectives:
- Improve interview skills by getting feedback directly from upper level managers who do hiring as part of their jobs.
- Get feedback on resume content, layout, and style. Attendees will leaves with notes to improve their resume and with contacts that can continue to help them with edits after the conference.
- Network with professionals and other students. These contacts can be helpful when hunting for an entry level or mid management role.
