Finding skilled and qualified staff that are willing to commit to seasonal work is getting harder and harder in this labor economy. Panelists will share their best strategies for finding and hiring seasonal staff including revamping job descriptions, expanding a search throughout the community and social media, and understanding what motivates this new generation of employee. Also, applicable to hiring permanent staff, this session will provide participants with a new bag of tricks to tackle the staffing conundrum.

About the Speakers:
Raina has spent a lifetime working within the summer camp industry. She has held almost every position and has worked in resident and day camps, for profit and non-profit, as well as traditional and specialty programs. She is a passionate speaker, educator, certified master instructor, and clinic director for the Certified Horsemanship Association.
