Session Description:
This session will help participants understand what their revenue builders are and explore new ideas and strategies for revenue generation that everyone can take back to their facilities and programs, including pricing plans/models and strategic processes to reduce the overall demand for subsidy funding.
- Articulate three key revenue builders that can be applied to agencies’ facility and or programs.
- Identify three new revenue generation ideas or strategies.
- Discuss the advantages to create a pricing plan/model.

About the Speakers:
Alexa is a recreation superintendent overseeing Mahany Regional Park/Roseville Sports Center operations, city-wide aquatics programs, youth day camps and Youth Sports Coalition for the City of Roseville. Alexa has been a NRPA Certified Parks and Recreation Professional since 1998 and has presented at numerous national educational workshops and conferences.
