Lynn Zwaagstra has served in Recreation and Parks for over 25 years, which has led her to her current position as Parks and Community Services Director for the City of Kirkland. Lynn has worked in various parts of the state and Alaska in all aspects of recreation including; grounds maintenance, lifeguarding, outdoor recreation, budget management, special events, farm and stable maintenance, ice arenas and even overseeing marinas!
