Sleigh Bells Ring, Sold Out Sip-See. Back-Up Power, In a Jiffy!
The wind storm definitely created some challenges for the sold-out November Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) course held in Everett. However, that didnt stop the well received, successful training!
We wanted to take a moment to send a special thank you to Scott Gallacher who assisted in the planning, and Everett Parks and Recreation staff members who assisted with set-up and take down.
We also wanted to recognize attendees Doug Acheson and Mark Harrison, for taking some of their valuable class time to ensure we had backup power during the storm.
Thank you!

Recognizing your team for the great work they do is one of the most important aspect of being a supervisor. The WRPA Annual Awards are also a great place to gather awesome programming and facility ideas. I would encourage supervisors to challenge their staff to submit successful programs they are proud of.
