About the Instructor/Speaker:

Mark Brown lives in Austin, Texas and has been teaching MOSSA programs since 2009. He holds a master's degree in exercise science from Texas State University and has been a personal trainer at an award-winning independent health facility since 1995. After training and competing in various martial arts for 20 years, including earning two black belts, Mark has found Group Fight to be the ultimate blend of fitness, fighting, and fun! Mark's beautiful wife, Nancy, is also a personal trainer, which is a good thing because his sons, Brandon, Jake, and Daxton, are already too athletic for him to chase on his own!
