It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. John Kukkonen, Group Centergy Instructor, MOSSA

About the Instructor/Speaker:

John Kukkonen has been “raving” with MOSSA since 2006 and loves teaching Group Centergy. He owes his start with MOSSA to his wife, Kristen, who had to sweet-talk the (then) personal training director into taking the Group Fight training with her. John has since redefined who he is as a fitness professional, relocating to Atlanta to join the MOSSA corporate team in 2012 as an Account Executive. Attributing his career transformation to the "sticky web of MOSSA," John's passion for inspiring people to move continues to grow. John and Kristen (also a part of Team MOSSA) now have two very active boys, Kyler and Colten, who, along with a hot cup of coffee, help keep the Kukkonen family moving!
