Public Survey: Outdoor Recreation Participation

Seeking Public Input!

Please help: take the survey, share the survey.

Hello Recreation and Conservation Partner Organization,

The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office and Eastern Washington University are conducting a public survey of outdoor recreation activity participation.

The outline of a person stands on one foot with their arms spread. In the background, there is a sunset and a pine tree

Responses to this survey will inform the State Recreation and Conservation Plan which directs about $300 million in state and federal funding for parks, trails, and wildlife areas. I'm writing today to ask for your help in generating responses from the public to this important survey.
First, please take the survey. Then, please post these survey links on your organization's social media site or in any membership newsletters you send out between now and March 31st. If it’s helpful, you may include this message:

This survey will help direct $300 million in state and federal funding for parks, trails, and wildlife areas. In appreciation for completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win a Visa cash card worth up to $200!

Please don't forget to take the survey yourself! Your input is incredibly valuable. Thank you for your time and assistance.
